Q: How am I to register at this site?
To register at Japan Partner site you must click Registration link which is in the right upper corner of our site. Fill in the form. Provide desired login and password. Pay attention that all the obligatory fields such as email, address, name, password, phone, etc. are provided. Obligatory fields are specially marked. Follow simple and clear notices during registration procedure. Provide valid email address. After registration procedure you will be able to log in and use all JP member's privileges.
Q: I got my login and password but cannot log in.
Please make sure that you are typing your login and password exactly as you got it. They are CASE SENSATIVE meaning that you have to type capital letters and small letters the way they are sent to you.
Q: I type login and password correctly, but I still cannot log in.

Q: What if I don't have an email address?
You can obtain a free email address from either yahoo or hotmail service. If after all you still cannot obtain your email address and really WANT TO BUY a car from our stock - you can contact our sales manager to solve this situation
Q: How fast can you ship my car?
Most of our cars in the stock have already "Deregistration Documents" so we can start arranging the shipment next day we confirm your payment. Ocean Freight time will depend on the destination where you want to ship your car and may vary from several days to several months
Q: What shipping documents will I receive?
a) Bill of Lading
b) Customs Invoice
c) Japanese De-Registration Certificate (when applicable)
d) English translation of De-registration Certificate
Q: How many cars you can load to 20FT and 40FT container?
We can ship 1 large vehicle or 2 small vehicles to 20FT container and 4 small vehicles (sports cars) or 3 medium vehicles (one of them can be large) to 40FT container. For example, we can load 3 Mitsubishi Pajero to 40FT container.
Q: How do I find out shipping cost of car to my port?
To find out shipping cost of a car you need to multiply car shipping cost per cubic metre and export size of car you want to buy. You may find export size of cars in our stock list in export size column. Car shipping cost per cubic metre can be found on the Car Shipping Cost page. For example export size of Nissan Primera is 10.48 cubic metres in accordance with our stock list and car shipping cost to Port Durban (South Africa) is US$70.00 per cubic metre. This means that car shipping cost of Nissan Primera is 10.48*70 = US$734.00. Car shipping cost to some ports is set per unit. For example shipping cost of any car to port Manila (Philippines) is US$540.00. Some cars need to be transported in a container due to their condition or in the case when shipping to some ports possible only in a container.
Q: What is FOB price?
FOB is abbreviation of "Free on board". FOB price applies for all cars exported from Japan unless you come to our yard to take a car by yourself. FOB price includes FOB export arragements in Japan (export and customs documents, documents translation), delivery of car from yards to port and loading onto the ship. Our FOB charge is one of the lowest and is only US$500 for the car to be exported from Japan. In other words FOB price equals to car price plus US$500. FOB price does not include car shipping cost to your port.
Q: Can I pay by check or by credit card?
Bank transfer (TT) is the only accepted payment method.
Q: What are the terms of payment?
All purchases must be paid in advance 100%.
Q: I cannot find pro forma invoice.
You need to order a car and choose terms of delivery. Then we will send you request to confirm your purchase. As soon as we receive your confirmation we will send you invoice by e-mail or by fax (at your request). Also you can find print version of invoice in member's area of this site after invoice is issued.
Q: How do I know I can trust you and pay you in advance 100%?
There is our company registration number on our Company Profile page. With this registration number you can confirm both our address and the fact that we are a legally registered and a legitimate company.
Q: I have a question. Whom may I ask?
First of all, read these frequently asked questions. It is possible that this question has been asked many times already and you will find an answer here. If you cannot find an answer for your question you may ask our managers or president using this online form. You may also phone to our office or send fax.
Q: I need a bumper and head lights for Toyota Vitz.
For the time being we trade parts only in bulk (20ft or 40ft container). Also we help our customers with parts when they buy vehicles from us. But please note, that we plan launch online web shop retailing auto parts very soon.
Q: What should I do to place an order?
First of all you have to register to obtain member's log in and password and after you log in as a member you can order a car. For the details how to order a car please check the page How to Order.
Q: Will I be able legalize japanese car in USA?
Unfortunately we don't deal with the local registration matters and our customers do it on their own. Please, make sure that you can register you car with your local DOT office before placing order.
Q: Can you find for me a specific car?
Right now we do not look for a specific car upon customer's request. However, it is possible that similar cars will be available in our stock list in future. Please check our stock list regurarly and let us know when you find a suitable one for you.
Q: Send us your stock list and prices...
We don't have any cars except those that are in our stock list. But we update it regulary so we recommend you to become our registered member and recieve all our stock list updates.
Q: I plan to come to Japan to see your cars before purchasing them. Can you send me invitation letter for getting visa to Japan?
We send invitation letters only to the customers that have had previous purchase history with our company (customers that have bought at least one car from our company). If you had no previous purchase history with our company we still can send you invitation letter if you place 10.000$ deposit which will be used for buying cars in future. If you would like to place the deposit and ask for invitation letter please contact us by email
Q: Can you find for me left hand drive Toyota (Honda, Mazda, etc.)
There are no left hand drive cars of japanese origin in Japan. That is why the chance of finding such car in Japan is very small.
Q: Can you change steering conversion from right to left or find parts for this conversion?
We neither make steering conversion nor supply parts for conversion to left hand drive steering. The main reason is that we simply do not have such parts in Japan because we use here RHD vehicles. Our customers from LHD-countries find these parts by themselves in their local markets and do conversions on their own. We recommend you either to check our RHD stock list and consider further conversion to LHD on your own in your country or check our LHD stock list. Unfortunately our LHD stock list is updated not as frequently as RHD-stock and does not contain vehicles of Japanese origin.
Q: Do you sell vehicles to customers from USA?
We sell our cars only to those customers from USA that already had previous experience of importing japanese vehicles to USA and are aware of the whole procedure of its importing.
