Japan Partner Inc. - Auction Service Launched!!! The most competitive prices in the industry!

Recently Japan Partner Inc. has had numerous requests from you, our Partners, to provide better pricing for bulk buying compared to what is available in our industry.

As a result we have created a program that would benefit our partners and let them enjoy the savings it offers. There are several benefits with our Auction Service, not least of which are the savings that become larger with the more you purchase.

The Benefits!

Cost. The bottom line here is to provide a service for wholesale purchases that reduces your costs, because at the end of the day our businesses have to be profitable.

We provide you with auction access (with log in name and password) so you can search 72 auctions around the country, and then let us know which cars you’d like us to bid on your behalf. We both save time and effort.

You are choosing the vehicles you need. We have over 600 vehicles in stock, but we don’t always have the car you require. Now you can choose exactly what meets your needs. Just tell us the Auction house, location, Auction number, lot number type of car and maximum bid price for the vehicle. We’ll do the rest!

Auction Service Fees

1. Whole Sale Commission Scale (from 150 USD to 650 USD)
2. Auction Fees – Processing charges are from 80 USD to 120 USD. These are services charges charged by the auction houses.
3. Car Price plus 5% sales tax as charged by the auction house.
4. Inland Transportation – From Auction House to our yard. This can vary from 50 USD up to 300 USD. Obviously the further the car is from us the more expensive to ship it inland. We will provide a list of each Auction House’s inland shipping charges to Japan Partner Inc.
5. FOB is abbreviation of "Free on board". FOB price applies for all cars exported from Japan unless you come to our yard to take a car by yourself. FOB price includes export arrangements in Japan (export and customs documents, documents translation), delivery of car from yards to port and loading onto the ship. FOB also includes customs clearance. Our FOB charge is one of the lowest and is only US$500 for the car to be exported from Japan. In other words the FOB price is US$500 that needs to be added in addition to other mentioned expences. FOB price does not include car shipping cost to your port. 6. If you think you can arrange shipping at a more competitive rate – please let us know so we can ship your car with your agent or shipping company.
7. No Recycle Fees/No Shaken (Vehicle Registration Fees) – If the car comes with these fees we only charge 25 USD to process the refund requests for these charges that may apply to the vehicle you purchase. Most of our competitors charge full 120 USD recycling charge and an average of 200 USD for cars that are still registered with valid license plates.
8. Japan Partner will require a deposit of 50% of the estimated car value before we can begin buying the vehicles you need.

One important factor that makes us different from our competitors that we do not hide related fees. Some companies have catching offers of low auction fees, however as a rule they fail to mention related costs which you have to face.

SECONDLY: Do not start your auction business with the company of no or little reputation. Unfortunately there are indecent people in this industry who want to take advantage of your business. We recommend that you chose your partner wisely and follow guidelines that we listed on our fraud watch page

1. Partial Paint work. We have specialists to touch up small scratches to whole bumpers and body panels.
2. Full Repaint work. Our paint shop with state of the art paint mixer can create the exact factory colour for a full repainting of your vehicle.
3. Body work. Whether a fender needs to be replaced or just beat back into shape, our staff has the tools and expertise to do any job to make your car beautiful.
4. Accidented car repairs. Even vehicles requiring heavy repair can be taken to our frame straightening facility right here at the Japan Partner site.
5. With multiple vendors providing competitive prices for new parts to make your car shine.
6. Partial maintenance. We have a full time mechanic who can change the oil, radiator fluid and give you car a check before shipping.
7. Full maintenance. Same as partial maintenance but can include brake pad replacement, transmission oil, brake fluid and several other detailed checks.
8. DISMANTLING SERVICE. Name your cut! Front cut? Half Cut? Nose cut? We can strip the entire car and load all parts into either 20ft. 40ft. or 40 ft. high cube containers.
9. Container loading (cars only). Japan Partner has developed technology to assist our loading team to maximize the number of vehicles we load into each container, while maintaining safe distances between each unit.
10. Mixed container loading ( cars + other merchandise in one container) Make even more per load by adding parts, engines, suspensions and much more, making your ROI even higher.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE READY:

Auction Services Application Process

1. Please register to our website and create your account if you don't have it yet. It’s easy and free and you may find something in our stock you like.
2. Send your Auction Services request to auction@japan-partner.com Please include your name, address, phone number, the number of vehicles you plan to import each month , port name and the types of vehicles you require.
3. Once your application has been approved we will issue an invoice of 50% of the vehicle value as estimated by our purchasing department.
4. We will once we have a copy of your wire transfer document issue the auction service URL, log in along with a password so you can begin the search.
5. Once you have found the car you require please send us the Auction #, Lot #, year, make and model of the car along with the posted mileage so we are sure of the car you require to auction@japan-partner.com with you name in the subject line.
6. When the vehicle has been purchased, an invoice will be sent that day for the final 50% of the vehicle along with all other charges, FOB. If you need us to arrange Ocean Freight this will also be included in the invoice.
7. Once full payment has be received, all shipping arrangements will be made on either RORO or by container depending on the port and the number of vehicles you purchase.
8. All documents including BOL, Japanese Deregistration Certificate, Translation to English and a final colour copy invoice will be sent by courier once received in our office.
9. Once your vehicle arrives, the ship company will call you to pick up your goods. Just remember to take all documents with you before you head off to the port!
10. Place your next order and the process begins again!
